Individual Attention

Individual attention for the needs of our patients is the hallmark of our treatment. We encourage our patients to be active participants in their Chiropractic care. There is a strong emphasis on exercise, nutrition, and life style changes when needed. All programs of care are based on increased self-reliance and reduced dependence on passive treatment. Open referral to other health providers, including medical, chiropractic, acupuncture, and alternative practitioners is a standard part of our clinic procedure. There is an additional focus on treating underlying structural imbalances that often cause a recurrence of spinal problems.  Frequently, these treatments help keep alignments in place avoiding the need for repeated adjustments.  Dr. Kollins is a board certified extremity practitioner who specializes in treating these imbalances (when applicable), especially in the feet and lower extremity.

 If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone at (608)365-9636. We welcome new patients and those in need of immediate care will be worked into the schedule the same day.

Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

GOT MY LIFE BACK 

I had, what I knew immediately afterwards, was a bad fall.  I fell backwards in a sitting position.  I felt each disc slam into the next.   

By the next morning I had so much pain just trying to get out of bed.  Two trips to the ER did nothing – pain meds.  I started looking for help. 

I saw the sign – Dr. Kollins, Chiropractor.  He got me in immediately, did a full exam, and then adjusted my spine.  I had relief with each appointment.  I was and am still surprised at how quickly I was recovering.  I go on walks, but now I go longer and farther than before the fall.  I have no doubt that I would still be on pain meds if I hadn’t seen the sign and gotten the help I needed….Chiropractic care......
